What is BVDCAT? - BVDCAT is a Web3 Startup, focused primarily, on the Solana Blockchain. We are a company that specializes in bringing value to holders via creative expression and collaboration. We are an identity based brand located in the USA with an international team consisting of 12+ team members, by founder LunarRivers and co-founder Hellboy.

What is our mission statement? - Be. Very. Different. Create. Aligning. Thoughts. We believe that true innovation stems from creativity and community. It is our goal to foster creativity, connectivity, and collaboration in a valuable way that can be beneficial for all members of our ecosystem.

How will we do it? - Unique monetization models and a vibrant token ecosystem that challenges the current market paradigm. Through unique revenue streams, and trait-based collaborations that bring forth cross-collection utility, we aim to shift the social viewpoint from "flippin' ON other communities" to "flippin' WITH other communities". By holding your BVDCAT and equipping these traits, you'll be able to access different communities and utilities easily with a few clicks.

Collaborative IP Monetization - The BVDCAT network will become a hub for artists, founders, and individuals to monetize their talents. With our unique methods of adding utility values to traits, and trait-specific royalties, we will be able to provide a basis for anybody anywhere to monetize their talents and expand their creative reach.

Vibrant Token Ecosystem - BVDCAT's main form of interaction comes via the use of $Rep token. Most tokens revolve around burn cycles with long gaps and low burn rates mixed with short periods of extremely high burn rates. Our system ensures a stable demand of our $Rep token and constant deflationary avenues. Use $Rep token to swap to your favorite traits, upgrade to different colorways, unlock new utilities, and more. Seasonal and collaborative trait collections serve to help create scarcity to make being unique even more coveted. Standardized utilities such as Raffles & Auctions will be used for the most coveted trait collections, 1/1 traits, whitelists spots, NFT's, and more!

Funding & Budget - We believe building a quality product with a team that can sustain the test of time doesn't have to be expensive. We plan to raise 380,000 $USD with our mint price adjusted in sol to fit this value. Our royalties on secondary will be set to 10% to ensure the longevity of the project. Budgeting Plans 18% of the mint funds + 7.5% of our royalties will go to employing our in-house artist. 48% of the mint funds + 18% of our royalties will go towards the in-house development of all aspects of our roadmap. 17% of the mint funds + 16% of our royalties will go towards sustaining the team for a minimum of one year. 4% of the mint funds will go towards the TrustLabs launchpad in exchange for their services. 13% of the mint funds + the rest of our royalties will go towards our doxxed (via alder mage) multi-sig treasury to be used for future development, supplying a sustained amount of stock for our token store, and the production of physical items.
